Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the minimum quality requirements for raw milk, as well as the methods for testing the quality of raw milk on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
Raw milk is considered raw if obtained in regular, continuous and complete milking process of healthy, properly fed dairy animals, 30 days before parturition and not earlier than eight days after parturition, which is not heated to a temperature higher than 40 ° C and which contains no additives.
Raw milk according, to the type of domestic animals from which can be obtained, is classified as: cow raw milk; sheep raw milk; goat raw milk.
