Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions regarding the necessary quality requirements as regards the composition and related food safety of refreshing non-alcoholic beverages.
This text also defines the categorization and product name issues; necessary physical, chemical and sensory properties of raw materials, as well as the type and quantity of raw materials, additives and other ingredients used in the production of such human consumption products; further setting the declaration and labelling terms, as well as other additional requirements marking/labelling (international trade standards).

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, it will start with its effective application on 15 June 2018, except for the provisions of the article 19 which shall officially apply on the date of accession of the Republic of Serbia to the European Union.
