Abstract
This Regulation defines all necessary requirements and concrete quality standards that must be met by all sorts of sugar, and the conditions for achieving and preserving the quality of sugar on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
This Regulation further defines the appropriate technological process necessary for obtaining the sugar from beet or sugar cane.
Sugar is produced and released into circulation as: crystal, shaped (cube or other forms), sugar (ground sugar) and sugar in liquid form
