Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the food quality and food hygiene related provisions as regards the small fruits in fresh and frozen state, here intended for all stages of production, processing and transport on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
This text defines the procedures for the correct and controlled reception of fresh fruit of small dimensions; production of frozen small fruit; grading, packaging and storage of frozen small fruit; and transport of fresh and frozen small fruit.
Small fruit are here listed as: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, plums, cherries, red currant, black currant, sour cherries and other (see article 3).
