Regulation on special fire protection measures in agriculture.

This Regulation prescribes the special measures for fire protection in agriculture. Special measures for the protection of stubble and other crops from fire include the following: 1) organizing permanent duty; 2) organizing a surveillance service; 3) organizing a liaison and information service; 4) equipping machinery with appropriate fire-fighting equipment; 5) controlling fire-fighting equipment; 6) controlling the correctness of machinery; 7) controlling the storage of crops. A company, agricultural cooperative, institution or other legal entity, entrepreneur and farmer who carries out harvesting work, or other works related to harvesting, shall take special measures for the protection of stubble and other crops from fire.
