Abstract
This Law officially regulates the monitoring and maintenance regime of surface and ground waters (present on the territory of the Republic of Serbia) that are recognized as interest for the whole country and for international waters, as well as for the regime of coastal waters (also waters on borderlines).
This Law also provides for offences and penalties, and other issues for the implementation of the rules here provided.
