Abstract
This Law regulates the access to justice in relation to harassment procedure, through regulating the rights of whistleblowers, obligations of state and other bodies and organizations and legal and natural persons related to whistleblowing, as well as other issues of importance for whistleblowing and protection of involved participants.
The text is divided into six main Chapters, as follows: I. Introductory provisions; II. General provisions on alert and right to protection; III. Procedures; IV. Alarm protection and damages; V. Penalty provisions; VI. Transitional and final provisions.
