Abstract
The Parties agree to cooperate in the following areas: (a) nuclear energy, including technical support, equipment and materials for the construction of nuclear power plants; (b) extraction and processing of uranium ore; (c) processing, disposal and burial of radioactive waste; (d) nuclear and radiation safety; and (e) safe use of nuclear energy. The Agreement shall be implemented through: (a) training of scientific and technical personnel; (b) exchange of experts; (c) consultations; (d) research; and (f) exchange of information.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement enters into force 30 days from the date of its signature.
Notes
This Agreement shall be valid for ten years and shall be automatically extended for one or more five-year periods unless, six months prior to the end of any such period, either Party provides the other with written notice of termination.
