Abstract
The Parties shall fulfil bilateral and multilateral research and development programmes, coordinate technical policies and unify standards and technical conditions in the oil and gas industry. The Parties shall also validate the amount of oil and natural gas explored, mined and extracted annually shall promote the establishment of in the oil and gas sector.
