Abstract
The Parties have agreed to cooperate on the use of eco-friendly mining processes and technologies to extract ore and mineral deposits smelt industrial waste. Cooperation shall entail: (a) specific measures; (b) scientific research; (c) exchange of scientific information and documentation; (d) joint publications, conferences and reports; and (e) exchange of experts and working groups.

This Agreement enters into force on the date of its signature.
Notes
This Agreement shall have a duration of five years and shall be automatically extended annually unless, six months prior to the end of any such extension, either Party provides the other with written notice of termination.
