Abstract
The Parties have agreed that the Russian Federation shall grant Mongolia transit through its territory towards the sea, use of seaports, harbour facilities loading and unloading, separation and collection of cargo, and navigation through its internal waterways and territorial waters. Complete or partial inspection of cargo shall be carried out on the territory of the Russian Federation in exceptional cases for the purpose of environmental protection or protection of cultural heritage.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement shall be effective from the date of signature.
Notes
This Agreement shall be valid for ten years, shall be automatically renewed for one or more five-year periods unless either Party terminates the Agreement by written notice to the other in which case the Agreement shall be terminated within twelve months since receipt of the notice.
