Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Union of Myanmar on protection of intellectual property rights related to bilateral military and technical cooperation.

The Parties have agreed to ensure protection of intellectual property used or obtained in the process of bilateral military and technical cooperation by means of preventing offences in the sphere of protection of intellectual property rights, exchange of legislation on intellectual property rights, exchange of experience and other arrangements. The right of use of intellectual property rights shall be regulated by bilateral contracts, establishing the modalities of transfer, exchange and publication of the results of intellectual activity.
