Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Sultanate of Oman on cooperation in the sphere of culture, science, education, tourism and the youth.

The Parties have agreed to promote and sustain public tourism and prevent illegal transfer of cultural heritage and in case of such transfer to undertake the necessary arrangements for return thereof, and also exchange of information related to cultural heritage between the competent bodies of the Parties. The Parties shall promote exchange of scientists and experts.
