Abstract
Competent authorities of the Parties within their powers shall cooperate in the following areas: identification and prevention of violations related to illegal fisheries and harvest of marine biological resources. The aforesaid cooperation shall be implemented through joint planning, exchange of experience and information and training of staff.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement shall enter into force fifteen days after the date of receipt of the last written notification on the fulfillment by the Parties of the domestic procedures necessary for its entry into force.
Notes
This Agreement shall remain in force until the expiration of six months from the date of receipt by one of the Parties through diplomatic channels of written notification to the other Party of its intention to terminate it.
