Abstract
In the event of a nuclear accident on the installation or in the implementation of activities in the field of the peaceful use of nuclear energy on the territory of a State that has caused or may cause a transboundary release of radioactive substances into the territory of the State of the other Party, the Party in whose territory the nuclear accident, immediately notifies the other Party about this and transfers to it all the information available for this nuclear accident in order to minimize the radiation consequences According to Article 5 of the Convention on Early Notification of a Nuclear Accident of 26 September 1986.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of receipt through diplomatic channels of the last written notification of compliance Parties to the domestic procedures required for its entry into force.
Notes
This Agreement shall be open-ended. Each Party may terminate this Agreement by sending written notification to the other Party through diplomatic channels. In such a case, this Agreement shall terminate six months after the date of receipt of such notification.
