Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the development of economic cooperation under conditions of Eurasian economic integration.

In order to promote further economic cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic within the framework of the Eurasian economic integration, taking into account the interests of adaptation and sustainability of the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic to the terms of the legal framework of the Customs Union, the Parties shall develop cooperation, including the following areas: (a) agro-industrial complex; (b) processing industry; (c) mining; (d) promotion of business activities; and (e) development of infrastructure. For the implementation of this Agreement, the Parties shall establish the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund in the form of an international organization. The Russian Party shall ensure receipt by the Kyrgyz Party of funds for the implementation of projects in the areas mentioned in Article 1 of this Agreement by forming the Fund's capital in equal shares within two years on the following terms: (a) authorized capital of $ 500 million; and (b) borrowed funds in the amount of not less than 500 million US dollars.
