Abstract
The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following fields: (a) prevention and stopping of illegal export of live aquatic resources – crustaceans (Paralithodes camtschaticus, Paralithodes brevipes, Paralithodes platypus, Chionoecetes angulatus, Chionoecetes japonicus, Chionoecetes bairdi, Chionoecetes opilio, Chionoecetes tanneri, Chionoecetes spp., Portunus spp., Erimacrus isembeckii, Erimacrus spp., Eriocheir sinensis, Eriocheir spp., other crabs and fish products obtained therefrom); (b) issuance of certification for crustaceans by the Russian competent authority and import to Japan exclusively of certified live aquatic resources and fish products obtained therefrom; (c) prevention of falsification of certificates.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement shall be effective 30 days after the date of receipt of the last written notice on accomplishment by the Parties of the internal procedures required for its entry into force.
Notes
This Agreement shall be open-ended, either Party terminates the Agreement by written notice to the other in which case the Agreement shall be terminated within six months since receipt of the notice.
