Abstract
The scope of this Agreement shall be to prevent, stop and liquidation of illegal, unreported and unregulated fisheries and catch of live aquatic marine resources. The Parties have agreed as follows: (a) to prevent import and export of illegal catch non-complying with the established legal procedures; and (b) establishment of common unified export certificates and prevention of falsification thereof. The Agreement shall be applicable to marine fishes and crustaceans.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement shall be effective from the date of receipt of the last written notice on accomplishment by the Parties of the internal procedures required for its entry into force.
Notes
This Agreement shall be valid for three years, shall be automatically renewed for one or more three-year periods unless either Party terminates the Agreement by written notice to the other in which case the Agreement shall be terminated within six months since receipt of the notice.
