Abstract
The Parties exchange official documents valid in the territories of the States of the Parties and regulating the import, export and transit of regulated products, and also inform each other about all changes made. The Parties undertake to comply with phytosanitary requirements when importing, exporting and transiting regulated products. The Parties are responsible for the phytosanitary condition of export batches of regulated species until they are exported from the territory of the state of one of the Parties. The Parties undertake to exchange information on the identification and spreading of quarantine species and other particularly dangerous quarantine species on the territories of states of the Parties. Each batch of regulated products (material subject to quarantine inspection) imported from the territory of the state of one Party to the territory of the state of the other Party or transported in transit through the territory of the state of one Party into the territory of the state of the other Party, must be accompanied by documents issued by the competent authorities of the state of export with a phytosanitary certificate or re-export phytosanitary certificate of international standard as established by the Convention, certifying the absence of quarantine harmful organisms (regulated material), in compliance with other legislative phytosanitary requirements of the state of import. The Parties reserve the right to import into the territory of states of the Parties for individual batches of regulated products establish additional conditions for phytosanitary condition of such species (disinfection, new packaging, absence of foreign impurities and soil, closeness, etc.).

Entry into force notes
This Agreement enters into force from the date of receipt by diplomatic channels of the latest written notification of implementation by the Parties of relevant domestic procedures necessary for its entry into force.
Notes
This Agreement is automatically extended for subsequent 5-year periods, if neither Party is at least 6 months before will not notify in writing of the expiration of the relevant 5-year period the other Party about its intention to terminate it.
