Abstract
This Agreement defines the terms of cooperation between the Parties on exchange information in the event of any accident, related to: (a) nuclear reactor; (b) nuclear fuel cycle installation; (c) installation for radioactive waste management; (d) transportation and storage of nuclear fuel or radioactive waste; (e) production, use, storage, disposal and transportation of radioisotopes for agricultural, industrial, medical purposes and for carrying out scientific research in these areas; and (f) use of radioisotopes for energy production in space objects. In the event of a nuclear accident at a facility or during activities in the field of peaceful use of atomic energy on the territory of one of the Parties, which resulted or may result in a transboundary release of radioactive substances into the territory of the other Party, the Party, on the territory of which such a nuclear accident occurred, immediately notifies the other Party about this and transfers to it the information available on this nuclear accident to the extent necessary to minimize the radiation consequences.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement enters into force upon the expiration of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt by the depositary through diplomatic channels of the last written notification of the completion by Member States of the internal procedures required for the entry into force of this Agreement.
Notes
This Agreement is concluded for an unlimited period. Each Party may terminate the Agreement by sending written notice to the other Party. In this case, this Agreement shall terminate after 6 months from the date of receipt of the notification from the other Party.
