Abstract
The Parties have agreed in the following fields: (a) timely exchange of information related to risks or outbreak of disasters or fires in urban areas where objects of the Black Sea Navy of the Russian Federation are deployed on the territory of Ukraine; (b) joint arrangements and mutual assistance in mitigation and minimization of the consequences of disasters and fires; (c) exchange of experience related to prevention of disasters and fires; (d) environment impact assessment of disasters and fires; and (e) elaboration of joint early warning system on disasters and fires.

Entry into force notes
The Agreement enters into force from the date of receipt of written notification on fulfilment of internal procedures required for its entry into force.
Notes
The Agreement shall be open-ended unless either Party terminates the Agreement by written notice to the other in which case the Agreement shall be terminated within six months since receipt of the notice.
