Abstract
The Parties, in conformity with bilateral and multilateral agreements, shall undertake the necessary arrangements for the purpose of conservation and rehabilitation of environment and ensuring rational nature management, shall promote active cooperation in the sphere of prevention of natural and technological disasters and liquidation of the consequences thereof on the borderland territories.

Entry into force notes
The Agreement shall enter into force from the date of the last written notification by the Parties of the fulfilment of internal legislative procedures for its coming into effect.
Notes
The present Agreement shall be valid until 31 December 2007. Expiry thereof shall not affect joint projects under way. Reference number of the Agreement is unavailable.
