Abstract
The Parties shall carry out cooperation guided by the principle of sustainable development on the basis of mutual equality and mutual benefit. The cooperation between the Parties shall be carried out in the following forms: 1) joint elaboration of the normative and methodological documentation for the improvement of environmental quality; 2) exchange of environmental information; 3) joint environmental research; 4) carrying out joint programs and projects; 5) joint inspection of environment of borderland regions including inspection from outer space; 6) exchange of annual reports on the state on environment.

Entry into force notes
The Agreement shall enter into force from the date of the last written notification by the Parties of the fulfilment of internal legislative procedures for its coming into effect.
Notes
The present Agreement is concluded for a period of five and shall be renewed automatically without express written prior notice of no less than six months. Reference number of the Agreement is unavailable.
