Abstract
The Parties shall cooperate in the following fields: (a) forecasting of dangerous natural phenomena; (b) active impact on hydrometeorological processes; (c) agricultural meteorology; (d) water resources management and forecasting of dangerous hydrological phenomena (art. 2). The cooperation shall be carried out in the following forms: (a) exchange of scientists, experts and delegations; (b) exchange of scientific and technical information; (c) data collection and reporting (art. 3).

The Agreement enters into force from the date of signature.
Notes
The present Agreement shall be valid for five years and it willl be automatically extended for one or more two-year periods, unless six months before its expiry one of the Parties informs the other, in writing, of its decision to terminate it.
