Abstract
The purpose of the present Agreement shall be the supervision over the nuclear and radiation safety. The cooperation shall be carried out in the following fields: (a) improvement of regulations and supervision; (b) improvement of licensing of nuclear plants and other activities related to the utilization of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes; (c) improvement of inspection and assessment of nuclear and radiation safety (art. 1). The cooperation shall be carried out in the following forms: (a) exchange of information; (b) training of personnel; (c) joint seminars (art. 2).

The Agreement enters into force from the date of signature.
Notes
The present Agreement shall be valid five years. The extension of the present Agreement shall be legalized in the form of a separate agreement. Official Russian version.
