Abstract
The Russian Federation shall guarantee long-term natural gas supply to Bulgaria through the Russian joint-stock company “Gazprom”. Bulgaria shall create the conditions for the availability of the natural gas to Bulgarian end-users and shall stimulate the use thereof (art. 1). Transit of the Russian natural gas through the territory of Bulgaria shall be carried out according to long-term contracts between economic entities of the Parties. Bulgaria shall guarantee freedom of transit of the Russian natural gas and shall refrain from hindering transportation of natural gas (art. 2).
