Abstract
The Parties have agreed to carry out long-term cooperation in the following fields: (a) energy production, transfer and distribution; (b) projecting and extension of electric energy distribution network; (c) training of personnel for electric energy sector; (d) joint management of electric energy enterprises (art. 1).

Entry into force notes
The Agreement enters into force from the date of the exchange of the ratification documents.
Notes
The period of validity shall be five years and the Agreement shall be automatically extended for the subsequent five-year periods unless one of the Parties informs the other in writing of its decision to terminate it six months before the expiry.
