Abstract
The Parties shall cooperate with a view of ensuring the transit of low enriched uranium for the purpose of the functioning of the Bank of Low Enriched Uranium. The authorized state Russian institution for the purpose of the implementation of this Agreement shall be State nuclear energy corporation “Rosatom”. The Russian side shall ensure safe transit of low enriched uranium.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of receipt by the IAEA of notification of the completion by the Russian side of the domestic procedures necessary for the entry into force of this Agreement and the receipt by the Russian side of the IAEA of a written notification of the entry into force of the Agreement with the host State. The IAEA shall immediately notify the Russian side of the termination or suspension of the Agreement with the host State.
