Abstract
The cooperation between the Parties shall have as its purpose: (a) setting up on the territory of Mongolia a joint station of rocket sounding of the atmosphere; (b) joint research and experimentation; (c) exchange of scientific and technical information (art. 1). The Parties shall set up joint rocket sounding station on the territory of Mongolia for the purpose of study of the upper layers of the atmosphere for the following purposes: (a) to obtain information regarding the atmospheric parameters; (b) study of ozone layers (art. 2).

The Agreement enters into force from the date of signature.
Notes
The present Agreement shall be valid for five years and it will l be automatically extended, unless one of the Parties informs the other, in writing, of its decision to terminate it. The Agreement shall expire within six months of the receipt of the written notice of the intention of one of the Parties to terminate it.
