Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam on cooperation in the field of veterinary.

The Parties shall cooperate in the sphere of veterinary and shall undertake all the necessary arrangements for the prevention of the propagation of infectious animal disease in the process of transport of animals, animal products and raw materials, and also fodder from one country to another (art. 1). The authorized veterinary institutions of the Parties, for the purpose of prevention and liquidation of infectious animal disease, shall exchange bulletins on infectious animal disease of the proper countries and shall exchange information on combating infectious animal diseases and on preventive arrangements (art. 3). The authorized institutions of the Parties for the purpose of coordination of the present Agreement shall be the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam (art. 5).
