Abstract
The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following fields: (a) physics of tokamaks and tokamak plasma physics; (b) research and testing of structural materials of a thermonuclear reactor; (c) creation and testing of new diagnostics for the study of high-temperature plasma and plasma-wall interaction; (d) simulation of processes and methods of plasma control in tokamak; (e) development of high-resource structures facing the plasma elements tokamak, modes of high-frequency heating and generation of non-inductive current in the projects of the International Experimental Fusion Reactor and a power plant using thermonuclear fusion; (f) lithium and other innovative technologies; (g) creation of the foundations of power engineering based on controlled thermonuclear fusion; and (h) joint development of projects, technical solutions, new technologies, corresponding to the mutual interest of the Parties, and other areas of cooperation in the field of thermonuclear fusion. The cooperation shall be performed through exchange of information, coordination of research, exchange of scientific staff, joint research, conferences, symposia and publications.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement enters into force upon the expiry of 30 days from the date of receipt by depositary of the third notification of the fulfilment by the signatories of domestic procedures required for its entry into force.
Notes
The Agreement shall be open-ended. Each Party has the right to withdraw from this Agreement by sending written notice of such intention not later than six months before the date of withdrawal from the Agreement.
