Abstract
Chief Sanitary Inspector, for the purpose of the protection of public health, decrees to recommend labelling of consumer packaging of tobacco produce with the information concerning the contents of injurious to health substances, tar and nicotine, and the damage caused by smoking. The Regulation contains an Annex with the list of recommended inscriptions. Chief Sanitary Inspector orders to all Regional Sanitary Inspectors to provide for strict supervision over the fulfilment by tobacco processing and manufacturing enterprises and tobacco traders of the requirements of legislative and technical acts currently in use and of this Decree.
