Abstract
This Decree lists the following cases of artisanal fisheries that shall be regulated by regional legislation by agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation: (a) risk of the outbreak of natural disaster; (b) actual changes in spawning and reproduction periods of aquatic biological resources; and (c) changes in the hadrochemical and/or hydrologic characteristics of a waterbody of fishery significance that threaten conservation of aquatic biological resources and human life and health.
