Abstract
The Supreme Soviet decrees to carry into force Law No. 5605-1 of the RSFSR on the protection of selection achievements from the date of its official publication The Government must conform the Legislative Acts to the aforesaid Law. The Government is entitled to sign intergovernmental bilateral agreements and treaties with intergovernmental organizations in the field of protection of selection achievements.
