Federal Law No. 111-FZ on amendments and addenda to the Federal Law No.71-FZ on pay for the use of water facilities.

Paragraph 1 of the Article 1 must be supplemented with the following paragraph to be inserted after the wording “carrying out use of water basins”, “(except for underground water containing minerals and (or) medicinal resources (mineral water) or used for the extraction of thermal energy”. Paragraph 4 of the same article must be excluded. Rates of water charges for the categories of payers established by the Article 4 of the Federal Law No.71-FZ of 1998 on pay for the use of water facilities must be applied with the coefficient 2 till the validation by legislative (representative) bodies of the subject of the Russian Federation of the new tariffs of water charges for the categories of payers in accordance with the present Federal Law.
