Federal Law No. 112-FZ amending Forest Code (No. 200 – FZ).

Forest Code (No. 200 – FZ) shall be supplemented with Article 38 (1) of the following wording: “Use of forests for fisheries. The use of forests for fisheries, except for recreational fisheries, shall be performed with or without granting of a forest plot, with or without application of servitude or a public servitude. When using forests for fisheries shall be authorized construction of non-capital structures and constructions used for fisheries on forest plots. Forest plots located in the forests owned by the state or a municipality can be allotted for the purpose of fishing in areas adjacent to the shoreline of a waterbody or its part, related to the fishing area. Rules for the use of forests for the purposes of fishing shall be established by the authorized federal executive body."
