Abstract
Article 43 shall be supplemented with the following phrase: “Allotment of territory for housing, industrial construction and agricultural activity in areas of sanitary protection for potable water sources shall be prohibited or restricted in accordance with the modalities established by the sanitary rules and regulations and legislation on the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population.”
