Abstract
Article 19 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Federal state control (supervision) in the sphere of fisheries and conservation of aquatic biological resources (except for federal state control (supervision) in the sphere of fisheries and conservation of aquatic biological resources related to marine resources) shall be performed by the federal executive body in the sphere of fisheries in accordance with the modalities set forth by the Government of the Russian Federation”.
