Abstract
Article 17 shall be supplemented with the following wording: “Competence of the general meeting of members of the partnership includes decision-making on the transfer of land plots and (or) real estate objects located on them related to the property for public use, to citizens or organizations for rent or gratuitous use or the establishment of an easement in relation to such property, as well as determining the conditions for the use of such property for the purposes provided for by this Federal Law”.
