Federal Law No. 132-FZ of 1998 "On addenda to the Law "On land charges"".

Article 18 acquires a new wording: « Land charges are transferred by land taxpayers for the land within the boundaries of rural settlements and other categories of land managed the local administration to the budgetary accounts of the local administration; for the land within the boundaries of suburban settlement, municipal boundaries, other categories of land within district boundaries, except for the land managed by the local administration, in accordance with the shares fixed by the Russian Legislation to the budgetary accounts at the Federal Treasury, Regional Treasury and the respective share to the budgetary accounts of the respective local administration. »
