Abstract
Article 106 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Final cutting in precious forests shall be prohibited except for cases envisaged by part 4 of the Article 17, part 5.1 of the Article 21 of this Forest Code. Particulars of management, conservation and protection of precious forests shall be established by the authorized federal state institution.”
