Federal Law No. 137-FZ on amendments and additions to the Federal Law on farming, gardening, housing non-profit-making associations.

This Federal Law modifies Point 1 of the Article 20 of the Federal Law No. 66-FZ on farming, gardening, housing non-profit-making associations by stating that "General Assembly of the members of farming, gardening, housing non-profit-making associations is the supreme authority of such association". Item 1 of the article 21 acquires a new formula "General Assembly of the members of farming, gardening, housing non-profit-making associations is entitled to examine any issue pertaining to its sphere of competence and to pass a resolution". Item 2 of the article 28 establishing as vested authority for official registration of the contracts dealing with land and real estate issues Federal Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey or its local (territorial) branches, in new version states that such contracts are registered by court of justice entitled to perform such procedures.
