Federal Law No. 143-FZ amending Forest Code (No. 200 – FZ).

Article 38 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Forests can be used for agriculture (haymaking, grazing of agricultural animals, beekeeping, reindeer breeding, commercial aquaculture (commercial fish farming), growing agricultural crops and other agricultural activities). On forest plots granted for agriculture, shall be authorized placement of beehives and apiaries, construction of fences, canopies and other temporary structures, including those intended for the performance of commercial aquaculture (commercial fish farming)”.
