Abstract
Article 27 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Analysis of samples of seeds by seed and forest shall be conducted by seed laboratories, and also by legal persons, individual entrepreneurs accredited in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on accreditation within the national accreditation system”.
