Abstract
To introduce into the Articles 17 and 44 of the Federal Law No.66-FZ of 1998 on farming, gardening, housing non-profit-making associations a new wording « state registration of juridical persons in accordance with federal legislation ». To exclude sentences two and three of the paragraph 2 of the Article 4 of the Federal Law No.13-FZ of 1996 regarding special economic zone in the Kaliningrad Region. To introduce into the paragraph 1 of the Article 10 and into the paragraph 1 of the Article 29 of the Federal Law No.161-FZ of 2002 on state and municipal unitary enterprises.
