Federal Law No. 169-FZ regarding amendments and addenda to the Federal Law No. 89-FZ on industrial and consumer waste products.

Article 1 must be supplemented with the following paragraph: “scrap-iron and waste of non-ferrous metals and ferrous metals, unfit for use or out of their consumer qualities goods manufactured of non-ferrous and ferrous metals, waste formed in the process of manufacturing goods of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and their alloys, as well as faulty goods formed in the process of manufacturing of the aforesaid goods.” The text of the Law must be supplemented with the Article 13/1 of the following wording: “Legal persons and individual entrepreneurs can carry out handling of scrap-iron and waste of non-ferrous metals and their alienation only in the presence of the documentation proving their right of ownership of the aforesaid scrap-iron and waste.”
