Abstract
Article 27 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Geological information on subsoil shall be intended information on geological composition of subsoil, minerals contained therein (included specific mineral resources and groundwater), terms and conditions for exploration and mining, and other qualitative characteristics of subsoil”.
