Abstract
This Federal Law establishes that the right of use, in accordance with water management contract, of surface waterbodies pertaining to federal, regional and municipal ownership can be purchased for the following purposes: (a) water abstraction; (b) use of defined areas of water for navigation; and (c) electric power generation with or without water abstraction. Water management contract can be concluded with or without tender.
