Abstract
Article 19.7 (16) shall be amended to add the following wording: “Failure to submit or late submission of the report on greenhouse gas emissions, provided for by law of the Russian Federation in the field of limiting greenhouse gas emissions, or the presentation in the specified report of knowingly unreliable information by organizations regulated by the Government of the Russian to the authorized federal agency entails a warning or the imposition of an administrative fine on officials”.
