Abstract
Article 12 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Alcoholic products shall be subject to compulsory labelling according to the established modalities”. Article 18 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Activities related to manufacturing, processing and trade of ethyl alcohol, liquors and spirituous produce shall be subject to licensing except for use thereof for pharmacological purposes, manufacturing, processing and trade of beer, retail trade of spirituous produce, purchase of ethyl alcohol, liquors and spirituous produce for production or technical purposes”.
